01 / From signal to opportunity

The right change.
In the right company.

A new requirement, a procurement notice or a business change can create a reason to start a conversation. Your Radar helps separate the relevant signals from the noise.

01

Define what matters

We agree your target market, services, buying signals and exclusions. The Radar starts with what an opportunity means to your business.

02

Spot relevant evidence

The engine checks configured public sources for changes and requirements that match your Radar, then assesses their relevance.

03

See the next step

You get the organisation, supporting evidence and qualification context, with contact information where available.

02 / What you receive

An opportunity
you can question.
And act on.

A useful signal should explain why a company is relevant, what the source actually says and what still needs checking.

  • A clear reason for relevance
  • The evidence behind the assessment
  • A practical next step

The example shown is fictional and demonstrates the format. It is not a live lead or a customer result.

A published requirement for managed security monitoring

The signal

A procurement notice describes a requirement for an external provider to monitor and respond to security incidents.

Why it fits

The requirement aligns with a managed security provider’s services and target geography.

Evidence

Published procurement notice Direct buying evidence

Before you act

Check the source notice, closing date and eligibility before deciding whether to pursue.

Evidence first. A commercial decision follows.

Your commercial
judgement.
A better starting point.

We run the Radar. You decide which opportunities deserve your attention.

Start with a conversation about your market and the signals you wish you could spot earlier. We then assess source coverage and agree a focused scope, sample output and success measures.

You won’t need to configure a new software platform yourself. Demand Spotter is delivered as a managed service, with feedback used to sharpen relevance.

A few useful answers

Before we talk.

Wondering whether your market is a fit?
That’s a good place to start.

Is this a contact database?

No. The starting point is a relevant event or requirement, supported by evidence. Contact information can be added where available, but a list of names alone is not the output.

Does every signal mean someone is ready to buy?

No. A procurement notice is different from a business change that may create a need. The assessment distinguishes evidence of buying intent from inferred need, and current status should be checked before engagement.

Can it work in my sector?

We assess that with you. The engine supports market-specific Radars, but useful coverage depends on the public evidence available, your target market and the services you offer.

How do I receive opportunities?

We agree the delivery format, frequency and opportunity criteria during setup. This is a managed service, so the initial conversation is about your workflow and what would be useful to your team.

What is the relationship with OH Tender Alerts?

Both are by Quiet Ops. OH Tender Alerts is a specialist occupational health tender service. Demand Spotter uses the configurable Opportunity Engine to support Individual Radars for different markets.
